Hello. I am Dr. Bo Song! I was born in China and live in the United States since 2008. I'm a chemical engineer. Currently, I am working as a manager at a drug discovery CRO - Biortus Biosciences, USA Office. My current role is focused on company logistics and operations, drug target recombinant proteins marketing, and sales. Here is a summary of my previous experiences before Biortus:

• Academic background in chemical engineering (Ph.D.) and statistics (M.S.), from the University of Illinois, Chicago, IL.
• Research assistant in academic laboratories – focused on molecular dynamics simulations research of the interaction between nanoparticles and lipid membranes for novel drug delivery systems.
• Process engineer in a biologics drug substance development and manufacturing setting – focused on cytokine and mAbs cell culture development, novel bioreactor product development, and single-use technology in drug substances manufacturing.
• Product development scientist/engineer in a medical device and equipment manufacturing company – focused on spray-dried human blood and plasma product development and new technology evaluation.

I speak Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English. I like watching soccer, playing games, driving cars.
